Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
2 cups non-dairy milk like almond, coconut
1 cup packed kale leaves, stems removed
1 banana
1/2 avocado
½ teaspoon cinnamon
3 ice cubes
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for one minute or until smooth.
Tasty Tip: To make this smoothie a little heftier and more satiating, try adding two tablespoons of a raw nut butter of your choice.
